So my local Publix had a BOGO on Chicken Breasts and I decided to make oven baked Chicken Katsu (oven baked fried chicken breasts with pablo crumbs) instead of frying it. I made 2.75 pounds of Chicken Katsu breasts and I am not sure how to keep the rest of it fresh. I will eat a piece each day for lunch or dinner to prevent food tiredness, but I know I can't keep all of it in the fridge. What to do?
