Wanted to drain my water heater to get rid of sediment. A lot of it came out and the water was murky brown too. Yuck.Prior to this, I set the boiler on pilot and the water valve was shut off. I turned on the water valve periodically to help flush it and forgot which way is on and which is off.I’m assuming clockwise is to shut off water and counterclockwise is on but is there a way for me to confirm for sure? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/32qKJ0G
