How much of. A benefit are the tax free returns on an after tax 401k? I have an extra 20k a year to figure out where to best put it.
Alternatively, I can try to start a business or buy a condo to rent out. My SO would be able to put full time and effort into a business. But 401k or condo rental are the two that seem like they’d pay off the most.
