I am 20 and in college. Im not really looking to buy a home super soon but I know down payments can be spendy. I want to be able to buy a house some day, it’s a dream of mine. Also, my career field is in demand in the Seattle area but housing there is horribly expensive. I want to stay in my hometown but I’ve accepted that most job offers will be in Seattle and someday I would love to live there because I love the scenery. Please tell me your stories, tips, anything so I can plan in advance (:
