Hello! I’m wondering if anyone here has done this or knows of anyone who has become fluent or conversationally comfortable in another language using only free resources like public libraries, community resources, apps, and the internet.
I understand this is a huge undertaking, but I am very broke and really want to learn American Sign Language as much as I can to communicate with an important person in my life.
