I've had this bag for a couple of years. The bag started out with some fabric blemishes on the inner flap, over the years a few of the blemishes turned into the tears you see now. I sent the bag in and they said that it's normal wear and tear and that I'll have to pay $25 to have it fixed.
When I pushed back I received this reply:
I was able to take a look at your bag. Unfortunately due to the wear & tear on that area on your bag it is not covered
What do you think? Is it reasonable to state that this is normal wear?
