Was taking a look at my local outlet mall stores and the very nice associates told me about the upcoming sales for Memorial Day weekend.
Adidas sale starts Saturday. I'm not sure about Nike but I'm guessing the same time as well. Spotted a couple ultra boosts at my local Adidas so if you're looking for a pair I would suggest going in early. As for the quality I've never had an issue with Adidas/Nike Outlet stores. There's stores at the mall where you can tell right away they're inferior but these I've had no complaints.
If you're like me and are looking for running shoes, I was able to grab a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 35 for $76 w/ tax which should be the same price as the memorial day sale but includes other colorways
