So I've been doing some research to find a way to power these bulbs i have, just need one. h11 55w bulb. I have a laptop power brick that run 120v to 12v dc at 5A. when i touch the wires to the bulb the green indicator on the power brick shuts off til i remove the wires from the contacts on the bulb. The power brick model number is lx1205 i think the manufacture is ablegrid. Anyways the bulb doesnt come on. the filament is still fine. do i have to add a ground to somewhere else to get this bulb to light up? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/30UpYK7
