Hi, I'm installing a playset for my son, one of those tower types with attached swings.I want to make sure I have 9" of mulch to cushion any falls, but instructions say to install playset first and then install mulch... Does this mean I excavate 9" down around the playset, and then lay the mulch? Or install playset and lay 9" of mulch around it?I don't want 9" of mulch burying the bottom portion of the playset...
