Crossposting here from r/homeimprovement.We're having issues with a previously repaired foundation crack leaking into our basement when it rains really hard. Nothing crazy but it's enough to pool a bit on the floor (and prevent me from using that area/finishing the basement). It was "fixed" before we purchased it and after 2 years of fighting with the company to honor their warranty or even give me the time of day for that matter, I'm moving on.I'd prefer a DIY fix since two recent additions to the family have us pretty strapped for cash. I believe the leak is actually under the sill plate or under the block the LVL beam is resting on. Either way, it's relatively inaccessible and I'm kind of at a loss since it seems like conventional crack filling epoxy won't work for this. Does anyone have any ideas or advice on fixing this kind of issue?**Right above this corner is a sliding door to our patio that runs right up to the foundation. The same company added what looks like flashing and epoxy in an attempt to seal the patio from aboveFoundation Crack via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2JIbrf0
