Here is a real frugal tip that has nothing to do with eating mcdoubles

https://imgur.com/gallery/5krvkNx

Required tools include:

7/8" crescent wrench

12mm and 14mm sockets

Wd-40, liquid wrench, or other penetrating lubricant if nuts are stuck

Jack and stands (old rims are an excellent substitute of stands arent available, and are very sturdy supports)

National maintenance chain quoted over $860 for replacement service, I purchased (non-oem) compatible replacement sensors off Ebay for $56 total. It cost me 2 hours of labor and 8 hours of researching videos on YouTube.

If you live in a colder climate with ice melt, you have a higher risk of rust and corrosion sticking your nuts/bolts and the sensors into their ports. Although this wasnt a problem for me, this could be remedied with a mallet for forcing the nut, or with a benzene torch to loosen up the joint.

My maintenance light is still off 100 miles later, so now all I need is to get my inspection and I am back to "legal" status!

Edit: mobile formatting, yikes!
