A former colleague of mine has approached me about a job opportunity that would be a significant bump in pay in the same industry I'm in now. I've been with my current employer for over 2 decades and am likely in the top of my range with this company. Should I seize this opportunity? My hesitation is my loyalty to this company- they have supported me through the years and allowed me to grow professionally. I am wondering how to make a professional and amicable exit. Thoughts?
