Sorry if this is long and hard to read, I'm usually a lurker and I'm on mobile. We've been talking and trying to keep things amiable and out of the court system. I'm kind of an emotional wreck and just wanna know if what I'm giving her sounds fair, too much, or too little. We have one child, two cats, and a dog. We live in Arkansas. I make about $48,500 a year salary. She makes about $21,000 a year at an hourly rate. She is going to keep the baby with her since I work a lot more than she does (I'm in retail). I will keep the cats and the baby on my days off. She will keep the house, her car, and the dog. I will have to find a new place but I will get the couches, bed, and my car. I will be paying for: Her car - $360 monthly

Daycare - $440 monthly

Dog food - about $44 monthly

Any other dog expenses like vet bills, etc

Any other childcare expenses like clothes

She also wants me to pay a % of the utilities but I wasnt sure so I told her 20% Also, the house is in her name but her car and my car is in my name.

This sounds fair to me but I'm not sure because I'm pretty emotional. We havent gone through all of the little stuff yet but I know I'm probably gonna let her keep 90% of it because I still love her and want them both taken care of.

Edit: i meant 21k yearly at an hourly rate for her. So she makes like 10 or 11 an hour

Edit 2: sorry mobile sucks for formatting guys.

Edit 3: thank you all for your support, im trying to read everything and process all of it. Im just worried about her and my daughter being taken care of. how much is child support normally?

Edit 4: Again, thank you all for all of your comments and support. Some of this has been hard to hearbut I know I need to hear it. Im reading them all and trying to just breathe because this really sucks. I see now that a mediator or lawyer is going to be what I need (more likely a lawyer).
