I'm having an issue where my toilet is constantly running unless I put upward tension on the float (this is evidently a ball cock float type toilet).I've adjusted the screw, and turned it as far as it will go, and it doesn't help.I temporarily have a piece of duct tape wrapped around the rod that's taped to the top of the toilet so I don't waste gallons and gallons of water, but it isn't functional in this state. It seems like adjusting the screw to adjust the float level should help, but it seems even then the float actually needs to be a little bit higher and this is the problem.edit:here is a photo. note the bubbleshttps://i.imgur.com/PyZT5CC.jpg via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2TMv4Dp
