I apologize for bad formatting, since I'm on mobile and this just happened.
I'm a 17 year old guy in the Netherlands, and I was expecting my paycheck today, I just checked my bank account only to find that my stepfather stole my entire pay from me. He can do this because as my caretaker he has full control over my bank account.
I asked him why, and he won't give me any reason what soever, and he won't give it back either.
I'm wondering if there's any legal action I can take since this is my money that I worked for, and I'm not sure if he has any right to actually do this. My home situation was already tricky (Nparents), but this was really the final drop for me.
I don't have any contact with my biological father, since my parents always strictly forbade it, but I'm thinking maybe there's anything he could help with.
I'm really hoping for help because I need this money badly (I accidentaly broke someones phone screen and I'm also trying to save a bit, and that is not possible if I don't have my actual money).
