My 18 y.o. Brother got diagnosed diabetes recently.
What should he do for insurance considering his preexisting condition , and what are the other forms of payment for medical costs going forward, like I read somewhere that out off pocket pricing could be different for doctor visits and prescriptions etc.
He attends community college in WI, and works full time at McDonalds.
Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
