I'm a 21 year old living in Canada and I'm currently facing a small dilemma. I'm gonna move to Montreal and I have the choice of either landing a job that's gonna pay about 40000-45000$ a year or going to university to study History, followed by archivistics.
If I choose to go to Uni, I'll be pretty broke and will have to borrow money from a student loan and won't be able to work and save up for investing, but could be probably land a 60000$ job after 5 years of studies. On the other hand, if I choose to land the job I'll be able to have a great fun lifestyle in Montreal with my two roommates (who are also my good friends), afford the gym and the diet that goes with it and be able to start investing a little bit, even though I can't say how much I'll be able to invest yet.
If you were 21 year old me what would you choose to do?
