Hi /r/DIY, I'm hoping you might be able to help. I've pulled up the carpet in my flat, hoping to sand and varnish the floorboards. This is going well, except the staircase. Inexplicably, every step has an mdf board glued to it with what appears to be epoxy resin. The stairs (and all the floorboards) are good quality pine. I would like to get rid of the mdf without destroying the stairs.Any ideas? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2AI5VTD
