I had a spot where some old water damaged wood seeping through water based primer. Looking around, the solution was to put oil based primer over those spots.However, now it looks like the sand texture is not sticking to the spots where there is an oil based primer. The latex paint will cover. But the texture will not stay on those spots.Is there a solution to this? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2r97A0H
