Back in December I prepaid for an eight week German course with a language learning annex in my area. Two classes in, they've gone bankrupt and are discontinuing all further classes. In their announcement they suggest they'll attempt to refund students, but I'm obviously skeptical because it doesn't seem like they have the funds to do that. Can I get ahead of this and just issue a chargeback since they're not actually providing the classes, or do I have to wait?
