I submitted my jar of change to CoinStar yesterday since it was full. It usually takes a year to fill it completely. I've had it since I was 18. I rarely ever use cash, so the majority of change in the jar is found on the ground or given to me. Turned it in yesterday, and after they took their portion, I was left with $35! I hope everyone does this, because it adds up over time. I use a large Tostito's salsa jar to collect the change.
