Quick background: debt free and starting to put money into a 403(b) that I plan on maxing out. Need help selecting the investments.
I finally set up my 403(b) retirement account through my work and have % of my income taken out to max it out next year. The problem is that there are so many investments to choose from and I am not sure which to choose. I know the importance of diversifying, low fees, etc., but no idea what I am looking at.
If anyone can help give some tips that would be great. Here is a screen shot from my options with fund/fee info: https://imgur.com/a/7i3LYzb
Edit: Thanks for quick help. Didn't realize these fees were so high. If it helps I'm only a few years into my career and plan to max 403(b) yearly for 20+++ years. New question: do fees change over time, and should I be looking at the sheet I posted often?
