Hello I just landed my first first job after college and it pays about median for junior level in my career field. I don't have rents or loans to worry about so it's giving me extras to go and invest (not in cars). What are some good passive incomes? I'm thinking about housing or p2p lending, but neither of these sounds like a safe investment right now.
