I pulled into a capital one to deposit some money in the ATM after I got off of work tonight. All was normal with my cash deposit until it took my cash. After it took the money in and made the normal sorting sound the screen froze for a few moments, then the screen said the ATM was temporarily out of service and returned my card, but not the cash! I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone tonight and the money is not showing up as a pending deposit, like normal. Any advice for me when I call in the morning to solve my problem?
