So, I got a little help from one of these therapists awhile ago, got some paperwork in the mail saying what insurance did and did not cover, and paid the rest off with a check. I've been getting the SAME bill in the mail for 3 months now and the therapist will not return my calls. My credit score took a 100 point hit. Still, therapist will not return my calls. What can I do here? I paid this. I have proof that I paid this (the check shows up as a debit in my banking history). The therapist will not return calls. Credit score continues to dive. Who do I have to yell at to get this shit to stop?
