Need some help here - I have a couple of property mortgages and the highest one has an interest rate of 4.55% now. If I have excess cash, should I keep paying down the mortgage every month/quarter, or should I invest in equity?
There are no early repayment fees.
I am thinking I should be paying every excess dollar I have towards the mortgage because I dont think I can make gains averaging more than 4.55% in this stock market, is this understanding correct?
