Should I be honest at a job interview that im already waiting to find out if i have been given another job or not and that if i get this other job I will be taking it?

I have a sort of semi interview I guess about a job that I've applied for, but I also recently have applied for a job and am now waiting to hear if I have got it or not. If I do get it, I will be taking it as it is a much more ideal job. In my interview, should I tell them this?
