Hi all, long story short, I had a Groupon to get my oil changed at a local Jiffy Lube. Someone who was watching them because they were worried about their car says they saw them drop mine pretty hard. When I got my car back, it had oil and transmission leaks. I have no way of knowing if they were there before the drop.
That was about a week ago, they just left me a voicemail saying they had an issue with their machine and I was never charged (I checked my statement, I was never charged), and that I need to call back with my info so they can get paid.
Do I have any obligation to call back and give them the info? It kinda feels gross to not call them back. But also they potentially damaged my car, and I've never been in a situation where the company messed up and had to come back for money.
Sorry if this is the wrong sub, but I trust PF in money/morality dilemmas
