Hi fellow drivers in winter weather climates. The first snow is upon us. I wanted to pass along a friendly tip. My windshield washer spray pattern was really bad for some reason and I found out while driving through the first snow sludge of the season here in WI, USA. After checking with a few shops who quoted me for at least 1 hour of labor plus any parts that may be needed, I hit the internets. All I needed was 5 minutes of my time and a small pin. I used the pin from a button that came with a festival pass, I'm sure a sewing needle or safety pin(depending on size) would work. Insert a bit of the pin, not the whole thing, into the opening from your washer fluid dispenser(where the fluid sprays onto your windshield) usually on the hood or wipers themselves. Then gently tilt the sprayer in the direction needed. That is it. Now if your washers aren't spraying this will most likely not help, this is just to re aim. Saved myself 80$ and some peace of mind for my commute home this evening. Be well and be safe out there.
