I’m just starting my journey, I’ve lived a life of paycheck to paycheck and can’t take it anymore. I have 26 k in a 403b and 1000 in savings. I now have a good job and make 75k a year with a government pension. I’m late on car payments and most bills, do I empty what little saved to catch-up ? I was raised in s home that had a fairly large disposable income and not educated in finance at all. Just looking for a place to start. THANKs
