I purchased a new toilet paper dispenser for my wife, not realizing I wasn't up to the job of putting the new one in and dealing with the mess of the old one coming off.Picture of current stateInitially I messed up the anchors (made the holes too big), tried to super glue/glue gun it which held for a little while but ultimately now we're using half the dispenser and it looks awful.I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place or with the wrong content, but I'm just hoping some more experienced people can recommend a solution that would be simple to implement (software engineer, so not a real engineer) and not look too bad.
