Hi all,Just bought a house and noticed a very small drip from the kitchen faucet. I don’t know the brand name but seems to be of decent quality. The drip was hardly noticeable until I was standing in the kitchen and could hear it drip. It seems to stop after a while, unless I turn on the water.. it’ll then drip for a bit — It’s extremely slow, but figured I’d fix it before it became a bigger issue. Pic 1 shows the style. The handle also doesn’t seem to lock into place very well.Upon closer look, the bottom of the faucet handle seems to have a lot of junk on it, despite it being in otherwise good shape. (Pic 4)I don’t know the brand, but found some universal handles, which I may try.In pic 2, there’s some kind of black fitting that just seems to be loose. I don’t see where it’s supposed to “go” as, if you can see in the pic, it just slides between the faucet and the arm. Despite the picture angle, the fitting does not seem to fit on the upper arm at all. There doesn’t seem to be any grooves, so I’m not sure where this would go, or if the previous owner didn’t have an idea, either.Pic 3 shows the inside of the hose and seems quite dirty. Do they make replacement gaskets with the mesh that fit in the hose?Thx!!https://ift.tt/2OIM8bt via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2QT9cpI
