My receivers are freezing on a recording playback and one is freezing during live broadcasts. I called their help desk and they said I could pay $99.00 for a service call or $8.99 a month for service contract. I said absolutely no way I am paying for service for THEIR equipment. I told her if i have to pay for service then I am cancelling my service immediately. I got transferred to someone in the US. I told her the same thing if i have to pay to service their equipment I will cancel my service. After 40 minutes of this crap she came back and said "Well you are eligible for an equipment "upgrade". I said if I have to pay anything then we are done. Oddly enough now everything will be done "no charge". This is BS to try to charge me to repair THEIR equipment! Stand Your Ground!
