Hi I'm really sugar addicted,
I've quit/reduced (natural sugars are ok) before but it has been really bad last weeks. It's my biggest unnecessary/harmful expense. I could really use some stories of how you saved money from quitting sugar addiction or eating healthier to keep my motivation.
I stock up on healthy, cheap cans of beans and tomatoes... but then I buy overpriced cookies instead. Fail.
Headaches already started, but it's the long term cravings I dread. (I know it's not as serious as a real addiction, but I use the term, bc it's really clear that I go/crave for sugar specifically).
