I live in a state where I get to choose my power provider and power plan.
Long story short, if I use <500kwh, I pay $55. If I use between 500-999kwh, it’s $24.
Are there any subtle ways to use more electricity? My ceiling cans are already LEDs (and don’t have an actual socket to switch a bulb). I run my AC a bit so I have no issue in the summer, but fall and spring I worry I won’t hit these levels. I could leave the fan portion of the AC on 24/7, but not sure if that’d do it. Water heater I can’t turn the temp up on.
Any ideas on how to use more power?
