I’ve been using ebates for many years. My wife also uses my ebates account when she makes online purchases, though during the actual purchase she is putting her name and email address on the merchant site ( shipping address is the same).

She placed 2 orders a few days apart at Kohl’s, and with both purchases I received the email from ebates stating that the cash back had been credited. Last night I checked my account and the cash back was not there, and the shopping trip was not checked. I emailed ebates and they responded to email them the confirmation of the orders.

I don’t understand why I have to jump through all of these extra hoops when the cash back had already been confirmed.
