Hello Frugal,
I'm looking for a 2nd phone to be used for JUST talk and text. I don't want ANY data at all. I'll do all my data on wifi. I have access to some older iphones that I would like to swap out the sim card to makes it cheaper. Any suggestions/pointers are much appreciated. I live in Georgia, USA right now if that makes a difference and will be here for a few years.
