being minimalist/frugal, I find myself with a 650 square feet flat almost completely empty and wonder if there are creative ways to generate income from this spare space other than getting a flatmate / airbnb, as I don't want to deal with other people.
downsizing wouldn't save money as I got a miraculously low rent. drug lab I've decided against :P my diet's mostly animal based so growing food is out, and unfortunately keeping livestock in a flat isn't feasible, as much as I'd love lambs and baby goats.
any outside the box ideas? germany btw
