Hey I would love to hear success stories and tips for negotiating your bills.
PG&E, internet, phone, water etc.
My parents have serious medical conditions and are unable to work. Finances are an issue and I've tried to lower most of their bills. But for example, they have been xfinity customers since 1995 and when I spoke to a customer service agent they wouldn't lower anything, just remove channels that my parents use, to lower the bill. I am going to try calling again and try my luck with a different agent or switch providers.
