Hello I hope this is a good place to post this but I just bought my first investment property and it needs a lot of work. The roof has been leaking for awhile and it has led to tons of mold growing on the walls of two rooms that I need to tear out. What will be the best way to handle this? I’ve been doing some research and have come to the conclusion that the p100 mask should get the job done and possibly spraying the walls down with bleach before I start as well but I want to consult with some others on here that may have experience.
