Sorry if this is not the place to post but where else to ask for help. Long story short, we are trying to get rid of a old car my dad. We put exactly what was wrong with the car and the guy tried lowballing us. I was not there but i was on the phone translating for my dad. The guy kept trying to low ball us and I told him no, he hung up and I tried calling back but no answer. I called my mom’s phone and she told me they left. My da is an older person and didn’t realized the guy took his phone. I called them to ask if they had it and he said he took it and threw it out the window. I texted him I was going to report it to the police and he admitted to taking the phone over text and told me to suck a dick. Question is, if I have his phone number and license plate, can I file a police report?
