Long story short. Wife has a friend that wants her to cosign on a apartment for him and his family (he's the only one with a job).
He don't need her to put in any deposits or pay rent. Just her name as a cosigner.
What's the later complication with this request? I'm worried that if she goes for it, it'll come back and get her later on in her credit score or something.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
