Current salary $87K. Been at current company five years. 25 percent annual bonus. 401k matching at 200 percent of first 5 percent.
Offer is $100K. 10-12% annual bonus. $12K signing bonus. 401k matching at 100%.
In addition to 401k and bonus my current company has overall better benefits, life insurance, medical, etc. But 401k and bonus are biggest difference.
New job is pretty similar to current with some expanded opportunities.
Listed $115k as salary requirement on application and with discussions with internal recruiter. Thinking of countering to $115k and declining if not met.
