So i have a room in our basement which is about 30x30. A previous owner had painted the floor with something which is now peeling up all over. The room does have a door which opens to the outside.I want to clean the floor down to the bare concrete. My first thought was pressure washer but that would result in an inch or two of water in the room (there is a slight step up through the door to the outside).
