I've had one of their insulated thermos' for three years now, I lived in Winnipeg which can see -30° fairly easily in the winter which causes steel to warp. Essentially my vacuum seal was broken due to temperature change and they said I'm shit out of luck and they wouldn't cover anything.
Just be wary before dropping $40 on a water bottle, if I could do it again I'd buy a $10 Contigo.
I realize there's not much they can do about this but i just wanted to let you guys know their warranty isn't that great...
