I canceled my internet last Oct because they had taken me off their introductory rate. A friend had told me that they often take about a month to shut you off, so I figured when they did get around to shutting me off, I'd just sign back up at a new introductory rate. Well, they went 8 months before they finally disconnected me. I had to sign up again yesterday, at an introductory rate.
