I’m signed up for an internet plan with AT&T of 10mbps for $40 a month. I had an issue with my modem this week and a technician came out today to fix it. He ran some tests and informed me that I’m actually only getting 5-6mbps as opposed to 10mbps and that I’m too far too ever receive the full 10.
I was just fired from my job and need to cut costs anywhere I can, would calling AT&T and trying to get my bill lowered be a waste of time or could it possibly be worth it?
