Except I'm not sure how I'd go about doing just that. I'm thinking a sort of plastic tub inside a wooden or cardboard case, with a hole cut into the bottom and a funnel or a bit of hosing sticking through.The issues I'm having are how I'd keep it cold, how I'd keep the bugs out, and what sort of mechanism I'd have to use in order to stop and start the liquid flow at will.
