I've been wanting to hand wash and line dry clothes more - in large part because it doesn't waste 2-3h of my day once a week sitting at the laundromat (and driving to the laundromat, which is not close). My problem is I live in a studio apartment. There isn't an outdoor space where I can safely line dry my clothes outdoors. The only place to do it is an extremely poorly ventilated bathroom, and clothing is taking days to dry. I washed and hung up a t-shirt friday night, it's still damp and it's starting to smell musty.
Is there anything I can do to improve handwashing and line drying at home? I don't want to get one of those portable washers because they're expensive and really tiny, but other than that I'm open to suggestions.
