I've never been in a position to do such a thing, however I feel that I'm being undercut here. Background: engineering degree, 25 y/o, currently making $10 working at a hotel, looking to get into my field and found a starting position as an office manager at a good location, hoping for at least $15 but only offered $13. How do I go about renegotiating without coming off badly? Tia
